Our 14-Day Returns
At Home of Silk, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as you received it. Please retain proof of purchase for your records.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@homeofsilk.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed.
Please note that returns must be authorized in advance. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
While we take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. Include photos of the defect or damage when initiating the return.
Exceptions to Returns
Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and hazardous materials, are not eligible for return. Please contact us if you have any questions about specific items.
Sale Items and Gift Cards
Please note that sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
For exchanges, we recommend returning the item you wish to exchange and placing a new order for the desired item separately.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the item was defective or an error was made in the order.
